Privacy Policy

When you download, install, open, browse, register, log in, use (collectively, "Use") Linpo and related services, we will collect, store, use, share, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this policy, please do not use our services.

I.Face Data Policy

1.We analyze your photos to find out the feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth points) of your face in the photos for face processing. We do not collect face data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved. Refusal to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.

2.In order to provide you with different styles of photo compositing effects, we need to recognize facial features .

The complete process is:

(1) You submit your selected photo to our server in an encrypted format;

(2) The server analyzes the face data in your photos and applies it to the content you have selected;

(3) The server returns the final rendering to you via the application after the composition is complete;

(4) The synthesized final result will be temporarily stored in encrypted memory, your facial information will be deleted from our servers within 24 hours and your synthesized final result image will be deleted from our servers within 7 days.

3.We do not share your face data with any third party, nor do we store any face information you submit, and your uploaded photos will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

II.Personal information we collect and use

(A) When you use the [Linpo] function, you may obtain the following permissions for your terminal device.

1. Camera Usage

When you use the shooting feature, we will need to obtain CAMERA shooting access to your device. This permission requires your authorization, and if you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using the feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service, which you may refuse or turn off through your device when we ask you for authorization.

2.Access to external memory

When you use the [Linpo] to create, we will need to obtain your device READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to read the external memory permission, and collect your picture information (personal information). This permission requires your authorization, such as your refusal to provide it will only prevent you from using the function, but does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the service. You can be rejected when we request authorization from you or through your device to turn off the authorization of this permission.

3. Permission to Write to External Memory

When you use [Linpo] to save the final synthesized photo to the album, we will need to obtain your device WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to write to external memory and write your picture information (personal information) to the cell phone storage space. This permission requires your authorization, such as your refusal to provide it will only prevent you from using the function, but does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the service. You can be rejected when we request authorization from you or through your device to turn off the authorization of this permission.

4.Privacy Tracking Privilege

In the course of your use of [Linpo], in order to remember your identity, analyze your use of [Linpo], and identify you as a user of [Linpo], we will need to obtain your privacy tracking privileges and collect your device advertisement identifier IDFA. This privilege requires your authorization to allow, such as your refusal to provide, to not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the services. You can , if you refuse to provide it, without affecting your normal use of other features of the Products and/or Services, you may refuse to provide it when we request authorization from you or turn off authorization of this permission through your device.

5.Microphone

When you use the video recording business function, we will need to obtain your device microphone permission. The permission needs to be authorized by you to allow, such as your refusal to provide, will only make you unable to use the function, but does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the service. You can be in our request for authorization from you to refuse or through your device to turn off the authorization of the permission.

6.Push Notification

When you use [Linpo] to create, we will need to obtain your authorization and may collect information about your work. This permission requires your authorization, and if you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using the feature, but will not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features and services. When we ask for your authorization, you can refuse, or you can turn off the authorization of this permission through your device.

（B) Personal information we collect and use directly

1. Registration, authentication, login and related services

You can use the service by selecting a visitor login, Apple account, Facebook account or Google account login.

2. When you use "[Linpo]" and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect (including in the background) information about your device (manufacturer, model, operating system information), the mode and type of network access, and information about the applications you have installed or the processes you are running. Please understand that this information is the basic information we must collect to provide our services and ensure the normal operation of our products.

Please understand that as our business grows, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services offered on [Linpo]. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose, we will collect and use your personal information and will inform you again and obtain your consent.

III.The use of cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are common technologies used in the Internet. When you use the [Linpo] software and related services, we may use the related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to, and use of, our products. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to perform the following functions or services.

(A) Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services

We may set authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers that allow us to verify that you are securely logged in to the Service or that you have not encountered misuse or fraudulent activity. These technologies may also help us improve the efficiency of our services and increase login and response times.

(B) Helping you have a more relaxed access experience

The use of such technologies can help you eliminate the need to repeat your personal information, frequent login steps and processes.

We promise that we will not use cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.

IV. We store personal information

We store information in accordance with laws and regulations and do not exceed the limits set by law. We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or used to provide "[Linpo]" and the Services. After the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where otherwise required by law or regulation.

V. We share, transfer, and publicly disclose personal information

1. In order to ensure the implementation of relevant functions and the safe and stable operation of the application, we may access the software development kit (SDK) provided by third parties to achieve the relevant purposes.

Personal information collection method: Embed a third-party SDK, which collects and transmits personal information

Scope of personal information collection: Browser type, device type and model, CPU, system language, memory, operating system version, Wi-Fi status, timestamp, and region, Device motion parameters and carrier, IP address (which may also provide general location information), User agent, IDFA (identifier for advertisers), Android ID (in the case of Android devices); Google advertiser ids, user ids published by customers, and other similar unique identifiers
